Our full training programme is made up of one 60-minute module and meets once online. 

Module 1. Introducing Strengths-Based Strategies for Challenging Behaviours

• Redefining “challenging” behaviours 
• Connecting authentically with young people/rangatahi 
• Clarifying desired behaviours early on 
• Creating cultures that care 
• Processes for healing mistakes 
• Negotiating consequences rather than punishment 
• Having more fun than friction. 

Interactive.  This course is interactive and engages participants. You will be able to ask questions and they will be answered while you watch.    

Qualification.You will be invited to complete our multi-choice quiz to gain your relevant certificate of training.
