• Discover effective engagement techniques using the 3 R's sequence 
• Learn to establish safe environments for children/tamariki, staff, and parents/caregivers 
• Gain effective support strategies to help build capacity and activate calm in our children/tamariki

Qualification.  You will be invited to complete our multi-choice quiz to gain your relevant certificate of training.
